As a native San Diegan with over 25 years experience in the mortgage loan industry, Bill brings a unique perspective to the communities he serves. The son of a career Marine father and Navy mother, Bill specializes in VA loans for all service members and their families. Additionally, Bill has worked closely with the various down payment assistance programs throughout the county and loves assisting first time home buyers.

Having earned a B.A. in History from Cal State Northridge and an MBA from UCLA, Bill is active in his alumni organizations and various philanthropic organizations.  When not at the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his daughter in Bellingham, WA and his son in Thousand Oaks, CA.   An avid traveler, Bill loves the Caribbean and Europe, and will be making his first trip to Africa this fall.
